Open to legal residents of Kansas and Missouri who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and of its affiliated companies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
The giveaway runs from September 1, 2026 through the final weekly drawing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Entries close when that drawing runs, at 12:00 p.m. Central. Entries received after the last weekly pool is captured are not eligible for any drawing.
Scan the QR code at a participating CBD American Shaman store, or visit the entry page, and complete the entry form. Limit one entry per person for the entire campaign. Duplicate entries are blocked on either the email address or the mobile phone number. You do not need to re-enter each week: a single valid entry remains in every weekly drawing through the end of the campaign.
Each weekly drawing awards one winner four (4) adult admission tickets to the 2026 Kansas City Renaissance Festival. Tickets are physical and must be picked up in person. Prizes are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is offered except at Sponsor's discretion.
The eligible pool is captured each Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. Central, at the moment of the drawing. A winner and one alternate are selected by noon Central that day. Selection is made by a recorded random process: the eligible pool and a random seed are stored with each drawing so the result can be reproduced and verified afterward. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in that week's pool.
To spread prizes across participating stores, entries whose pickup store received the previous week's prize are ranked after all other entries in that week's drawing, so the winner comes from a different store whenever an eligible entry from another store exists. Those entries remain in the pool, may still be selected as the alternate, and are ranked normally in later weeks. If every eligible entry in a week is from that store, this rule does not apply that week. Which entries were affected is recorded with the drawing.
The winner is notified by email at the address on the entry. The winner must claim by noon Central on the Wednesday following the drawing, 24 hours after it runs. If the winner does not claim in time, the prize is forfeited and the alternate is contacted that afternoon on the same terms. Sponsor is not responsible for entry information that is incorrect, out of date, or filtered by a mail provider.
Tickets are held at the store the winner entered from and are available on the Friday following the drawing, during that store's business hours and before closing. The winner must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the entry. Tickets not picked up by close of business Friday may be forfeited at Sponsor's discretion.
An entrant who wins is not eligible to win again in a later weekly drawing during the same campaign.

Each store's QR code and link identifies the store an entry came from. That store is where the prize is held for pickup. If the source store cannot be determined, the entrant selects their store on the entry form.
Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or in violation of these rules. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned. By entering, you agree to these rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway.
For the name of a weekly winner, send a written request to Sponsor at the address in section 2 within 30 days of the drawing date.
